I Got it working last night, and I'm really happy with this controller setup! Using MotionInJoy, I was able to get all buttons working. To use a PS4 controller via USB on a Windows 10 computer, take a micro USB cable, plug the large plug into the computer’s USB port and plug the small plug into the PS4 controller.
I've still to test this myself, but it seems to be a reasonably sound control setup. I've heard a lot about issues with the triggers not working in KSP, I suggest you try it out with your controller :)
